Packing and Transportation

1. We usually ship the goods by sea in full container of 20ft or 40HQ which is considerate for the safety.

2. Our goods are all in cartons with foam protection

3. For sample shipment, we will add the wooden case in case of breakage

Q1: No hot or cold water

A1: Over consumption of hot or cold water in short time

Solution: Just wait a moment, then hot or cold water is available again

A2: No power supply

Solution: Connect plug to socket. Turn on heating or cooling switch

Q2: No water running out from taps

A1: Empty bottle

Solution: Replace it with another bottle.

A2: Inlet of bottle supporter blocked by bottle seal

Solution: Clean out wasted paper& bottle seal, install bottle again.
